Evin at Oconomowoc is not your run-of-the-mill senior living facility. Driven by its visionary developer, Aaron Matter, Evin was conceived to deliver to the market a more tailored, genuinely community-focused program and uniquely designed residence.
The brand book helped to define that community-driven positioning, bringing a layer of the richly colored surrounding landscape to the front and center of Evin’s visual language.
Evin’s interiors, by Leah Ogden, both provided for and drew inspiration from the brand book, with a series of unique prints developed to bring some of the brand’s visual DNA in to the residential common spaces.
